An internationally recognized full-service lighting, video, and rigging company servicing all facets of the entertainment industry that operates in fourteen offices in the US and internationally in the UK.
4Wall has made its mark in the California Desert for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, to the High Roller in Las Vegas, to Saks Fifth Ave in New York City for the 'Land of 1000 Delights' display.
We are looking for a Labor Coordinator to come join the 4Wall team! What you will be doing:
While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for providing coordination, supervision, planning, and support for all labor-related initiatives, which may include temporary/freelance.
This role requires excellent organizational skills that ensure that all events/jobs requiring labor are properly staffed with quality employees that will represent the 4Wall Entertainment brand favorably and are providing the very best customer service.
What you bring to the table:
Our ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of previous labor coordinating experience and knowledge of entertainment lighting (preferred).
The candidate must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to meet deadlines.
You must have superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external personnel.
What you should know:
o This position is full-time.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
o This position may require travel on occasion.
